People Services Lead

We are looking for a strategic thinker to join our People Services team as a People Policy Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing people policies that align with our strategic goals. This role offers a salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR policy development and implementation. They will be able to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure seamless integration of policy initiatives. Key responsibilities include leading the full lifecycle of people policy development, undertaking comprehensive reviews, and providing advisory support to senior leaders.
Essential Skills:
- CIPD qualified or working towards this certification.
- Proven background as an HR generalist.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
