Cover Supervisor Lead

About the Role:
The Cover Supervisor will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of a team of cover supervisors in Preston. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our students.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students.
- Provide guidance and support to new staff members.
Requirements:
- Hold a degree or teaching qualification.
- Have previous experience in a school setting or working with young people.
Salary and Benefits:
- An estimated annual salary of £55,000 - £60,000 based on a 25-day month.
- Ongoing professional development opportunities.
