Fleet Operations Coordinator

The Thrive Group is seeking a highly skilled and organized Fleet Operations Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis.
Job Description:
- Compliance and Regulations: Ensure adherence to all legislative and best practice issues related to fleet operations, vehicle workshop, and maintenance administration.
- Customer Liaison: Communicate effectively with customers, workshops, and stakeholders on service schedules, delivery, quotations, and pre/post repair discussions.
- Fleet Management System: Maintain the Fleet Management System, including defect reporting and vehicle history files.
- Work Orders and Administration: Responsible for raising and amending work orders, preparing data, and interrogating computer systems as necessary.
- Payments and Invoices: Process customer payments, prepare invoices, and manage account liaison according to procedures and audit guidelines.
- Procurement and Supply Chain: Order and issue vehicle parts and goods from stock and external suppliers, processing invoices for payment.
- Stakeholder Transactions: Transact with stakeholders for the fleet service, updating, interrogating, and maintaining fuel cards and other systems.
- Driving and Vehicle Maintenance: Drive company vehicles for deliveries and personnel transportation, ensuring equipment certification and calibrations are up-to-date.
- Database Maintenance and Support: Maintain and interrogate databases containing service and customer-related details and job status.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Full, valid, Class B UK driving licence.
- Recognized qualifications in Maths and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Flexible approach to working times.
Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience and location. The Thrive Group offers a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
