Fleet Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Administrator to join our team at RE People. As a key member of the fleet operations department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicles and workshops.
The successful candidate will have experience working in an administrative support role in a busy operational environment, with excellent communication skills via phone and email. You will be supporting the Head of Fleet Operations in all fleet administration duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain all vehicle, workshop and operational records to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practice
- Coordinate fleet services to ensure an efficient work plan, proficient stores ordering and issuing of stock when required
- Provide an excellent customer experience, whilst organizing and delivering vehicle maintenance services for internal and external clients

- Full, valid, Class B UK Driving Licence
