Fleet Administrator Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Administrator to join our team at 365 People. As a key member of the fleet operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with legislative and best practice issues relating to fleet operations, vehicle workshop, and vehicle maintenance and repair administration.
• Liaise with customers, workshops, and stakeholders on service schedules, service delivery, quotations, and pre/post repair discussions.
• Maintain fleet management system and manual processes, including defect reporting and vehicle history files.
• Process customer payments, prepare and send invoices, and administer cash receipts and controlling outstanding debt.
• Order and issue vehicle parts and goods, process invoices for payment, and ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Transact with stakeholders for fleet service, including updating and maintaining fuel cards and fuel systems.
• Drive company vehicles to deliver and fetch goods.
• Maintain and interrogate databases and spreadsheets containing service and customer-related details and job status.
• Ensure equipment certification and calibrations are up-to-date and asset registers are maintained.

Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet administration, with excellent communication and organizational skills. They will also possess the ability to work effectively in a team environment and have a high level of technical skills. A salary of £35,000-£45,000 per annum is available for the right candidate, depending on experience.
