The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care. You will have expertise in adult mental health, particularly in acute care settings, and be able to provide leadership and guidance to junior colleagues.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have:

  • ">
  • A strong background in adult psychiatry, with experience in acute care settings">
  • Excellent clinical skills, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams">
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development">
  • Fully registered with the GMC with a licence to practise">
  • Included on the GMC Specialist Register for Old Age Psychiatry OR included within six months">

Salary and Benefits

">

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including annual leave, pension scheme, and access to training and development opportunities.

Working Arrangements

">

This is a full-time position (10PA), working across various locations within the trust. The successful candidate will be required to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends as needed.
