Ingenii Search is recruiting for a seasoned professional to serve as the Head of Application Support Desk for their Capital Markets division. This is an exciting opportunity to lead multiple support teams and develop your skills in production application support.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to Fixed Income clients and applications, leveraging ITIL service management principles to ensure seamless issue resolution.
**Salary and Benefits:**
We offer a competitive salary range of **£90,000-£120,000** per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes a generous holiday allowance and opportunities for professional growth.
