We are seeking a motivated Events Assistant to join our team under the supervision of the Events Manager. Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming guests with professionalism and courtesy
  • Responding promptly to inquiries and supplier correspondence
  • Efficiently processing payments and updating booking information
  • Collaborating on event menus and signage production
  • Developing the guest database for optimal management
  • Ensuring seamless communication with suppliers to meet event requirements
  • Maintaining suite presentability for guest show-rounds

This part-time role offers flexible hours, approximately 15-30 per week, with potential for overtime. The hourly rate is £12.00, and additional compensation includes tips. Benefits include company pension, discounted or free food, employee discounts, on-site parking, and sick pay.
