Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Programmes and Events Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative and engaging programmes and events that meet the needs of our customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement programmes and events that promote customer engagement and satisfaction;
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to design and deliver high-quality programmes and events;
  • Maintain accurate records of programme and event participation and feedback.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners. You should also have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.

Additional Information

Please note that this role involves Regulated Work with children and/or protected adults, as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Successful applicants will be required to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member in respect of Regulated Work with either or both of these groups as appropriate.
