Payroll Administrator

March Recruitment is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a crucial role in assisting the payroll team with various aspects of payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities:- Process payroll for Temp Umbrella & Ltd Company Payrolls
- Input information into the system accurately and efficiently
- Act as the primary point of contact for payroll queries
- Prepare and send out weekly payslips to employees
- Update candidate information on the system
- Process weekly new starters and leavers, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Answer telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Process employee expenses
- Perform other duties as reasonably required
- Proficiency in IT systems and software
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Confident and outgoing nature
- No prior payroll experience necessary, but a willingness to learn and develop skills
- 25 days' annual leave (plus bank holidays) and an additional 3 days over the Christmas period
- On-site parking
- Dress-down Fridays
- Company social events
