About the Role:
">Benjamin & Associates Ltd is seeking a seasoned BMS Sales Manager to lead business development efforts within the company's projects department.
">The Ideal Candidate:
">We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent sales and business development skills, preferably with experience in the Building Management Systems (BMS) industry. As a key figure in our project sales process, you will be responsible for developing and adding new customers to our portfolio, securing new project wins up to £1,000,000, and providing solutions to end clients.
">Requirements and Qualifications:

- A strong background in sales and business development within the BMS sector;">
- Experience in putting BMS tenders together and finding solutions for end clients;">
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;">
- Able to work independently and as part of a team;">
What We Offer:
">In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum + commission + company benefits. Our directors are open to discussing a realistic initial first-year target and are keen to support self-motivated candidates who can benefit from our commission structure.
