The role of Senior Support Worker is a vital part of our management teams, working with individuals who require support to gain independence in their daily lives. With a salary of £12.47 per hour, this position offers an amazing opportunity for someone looking to make a real difference in the lives of others.

This is an ideal chance for candidates who have previous experience as a Senior Support Worker and hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care. We are particularly interested in applicants with experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Manager with day-to-day supervision and management of the service
  • Allocate shifts and book training
  • Induct new colleagues and support supervision
  • Order medication and ensure individuals manage their finances

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker
  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care
