Dover Care Assistant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in the Dover District area. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to clients who require assistance with daily living activities.

Your key responsibilities will include assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting, as well as providing mobility support and helping clients with physical disabilities.

Job Description:
  • Provide personal care services to clients, promoting independence and dignity at all times.
  • Support clients with mobility issues, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Care for clients who are temporarily ill or terminally ill, providing emotional support and comfort during challenging times.
  • Promote mental and physical activities through conversation, outings, and hobbies, enhancing the overall quality of life for clients.
  • Perform light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation tasks, maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of client care, ensuring seamless communication with colleagues and management.
Requirements:
  • Self-motivated and organized individual with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • Flexible and able to work varied shifts, including weekends, to meet the needs of clients.
  • Caring and sensitive to the needs of others, with a genuine passion for making a positive impact on people's lives.
  • Able to use initiative and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to ensure seamless collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
Benefits:
