Home Care Support Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to join our care team at CV-Library in Maidstone, Kent. We are looking for a caring and dedicated individual to assist with the day-to-day running of our care home.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of care principles and practices, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Some experience in care or a related field is desirable, but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:- To provide direct care and support to residents, including personal care and medication administration
- To work closely with colleagues to maintain a safe and supportive environment
- To participate in ongoing training and professional development
- A competitive salary package, including a basic salary of £23,500 - £26,000 per annum
