About the Position
We are looking for an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team in Maidstone, Kent. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, working closely with the clinical team, and supervising a team of Care Assistants.
About Your Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, along with knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. A strong understanding of person-centred care principles is also essential.
