About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team at Conversion. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving new business opportunities and supporting our outbound lead generation strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and research key contacts and accounts to build strong sales engagement.
  • Qualify prospects and pass on sales qualified leads to our Director of Business Development.
  • Report on activity and projected outcomes, maintaining our CRM system.

Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in a sales environment with a successful track record of driving new sales opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively interact with prospects.
  • Proven ability to sell and overcome obstacles in the sales process.
  • Strong business acumen and positive attitude to challenges and change.
