We are currently seeking a skilled Breakfix Operations Supervisor to join our team at CDW UK. As a Breakfix Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one of our Break Fix Operations centres, ensuring that all processes are streamlined for maximum efficiency and that quality standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of skilled coworkers to achieve exceptional results.
- Schedule work to ensure correct expectations are set and timescales are met.
- Ensure housekeeping standards are always kept to a high level.
- Develop and implement processes to ensure a cost-effective and efficient team within the Break Fix operations centre.
- Work closely with other leaders to ensure all required items and orders enter and exit the department in full and efficiently.
- Establish and maintain excellent internal and external service levels.
- Investigate and remediate issues and process failures, prioritizing customer expectations.
- Identify skills gaps and ensure training is completed and signed off according to defined processes.
- Manage performance and provide regular feedback to team members.
Requirements:
- Leadership experience in a repair and logistics operation.
- Health and Safety experience in a similar environment.
- Performance management and other HR-related experience.
- A level of experience working in a fast-paced technical environment.
- An understanding of an organisational structure from a commercial perspective.
