Reed Learning is seeking a skilled HR professional to coach and develop apprentices in their apprenticeship programmes.

About the Role

As an Apprenticeship Tutor, you will work closely with employers to support the development of their employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their apprenticeship goals.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring a caseload of approximately 40 apprentices, holding regular 1:1 meetings and progress reviews to ensure they are on track to meet their apprenticeship standards.

You will also work closely with employers to develop and embed the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required for the apprenticeship, and provide support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the apprenticeship standards and the ability to coach and develop apprentices to meet these standards.

You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employers and apprentices.
