HR Business Partner Opportunity

Network HR is partnering with a global financial services firm to support the hire of a HR Business Partner to join their developing and high-touch team.

This opportunity will see you based in central London, reporting directly into the Group Head of Human Resources. You will design and implement the international People and Culture strategy to support the evolution of the payments business.

The group business is moving towards an Ulrich HR Model, requiring a well-rounded generalist who can cover the full spectrum of Learning and Development, Employee Relations, Reward Cycles, and more strategic HR interventions.

A true business partnering approach will be critical in coaching business leaders through discussions about transforming/streamlining functions. Experience of coaching leaders through periods of change and succession planning will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Managers to drive effective performance and achieve business objectives
  • Lead on administrative duties when required
  • Scale the ladder from operational to strategic responsibilities, including recruitment activities, Employee Relations, change initiatives, and benefits
  • Work with various lines of business to agree performance management plans
  • Confidently manage stakeholders while navigating local nuances and complexities

Requirements:

  • Financial services experience in a small to medium-sized organization is mandatory
  • Willingness to support with administrative activities alongside more strategic elements
  • A proven track record of providing generalist HRBP support throughout a period of change or transformation
  • Exposure to Ex-co stakeholders in an international remit
