Head of School and Programme Manager

The Head of School and Programme Manager will be responsible for leading the Balerno Performance School programme, overseeing the delivery of football and academic education to Academy players. The role requires a high-performance leader with experience in Elite Football Academies and performance school environments.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching and player development, with a UEFA Youth License or equivalent. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with players, staff, and parents.
A valid UK driving license is required for this role, as well as a commitment to ongoing professional development. The successful candidate will be based at Oriam - Scotland's Sports Performance Centre, Edinburgh, and will work closely with the Academy Director and other staff members.
- Estimated salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
