Salary: £81,000 per annum


Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Head Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a passion for teaching, and a commitment to delivering outstanding educational outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:



  • To lead the school in achieving its educational goals and objectives
  • To develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies
  • To manage and support a team of teachers and staff
  • To maintain strong relationships with parents, carers, and the local community

 


Required Skills and Qualifications:


The successful candidate will hold a relevant teaching qualification, such as a PGDE or MEd, and have significant experience in leadership roles. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
