About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Volunteer Engagement Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in your community by supporting volunteers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to engage volunteers and improve their experience
  • Build relationships with operational teams and ensure inclusivity for all volunteers
  • Manage volunteer data and provide insights to inform decision-making
  • Champion best practices in volunteer management and training delivery

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a people-related field
  • Proven experience in people management, volunteer coordination, or a related field
  • Exceptional administrative, IT, and communication skills
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for travel within the service area

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £30,000 to £33,000 per annum, depending on experience. The position also offers a range of benefits, including annual leave entitlement, pension scheme, occupational sick pay, and free car parking.
