- Report regularly to the Managing Director on business development activities, market trends, and performance against targets.
- Set, track, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for business growth and client acquisition.
- Proven experience in business development, preferably within the land survey, geospatial, construction, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of market analysis, sales strategies, and tender management.
- Demonstrable success in identifying and penetrating new markets.
- Experience managing and leading a marketing team or function.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Commercially astute with the ability to think strategically.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other business development tools.
- Competitive basic salary of £50,000 - £60,000.
