Land Registry Registration Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Post Completion Assistant to join our team at Pertemps Northampton. As a key member of our conveyancing department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of post-completion tasks, including registering properties at the Land Registry, communicating with lenders, and maintaining accurate records.
**Job Summary:**
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our conveyancing department. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a post-completion role, excellent organizational skills, and a strong understanding of Land Registry requirements and common lender requirements in the post-completion stage.
**Responsibilities:**
* Submit property registrations to the Land Registry, ensuring all necessary requirements are met
* Liaise with mortgage lenders to address any post-completion requisitions or requirements
* Manage and maintain up-to-date case files, utilizing conveyancing case management software and general IT tools
* Respond to Land Registry queries and resolve issues efficiently
* Prepare and send final documents to clients and lenders, confirming the completion of registrations
**Requirements:**
* 2+ years of experience in a post-completion role within conveyancing
* Strong knowledge of Land Registry requirements and common lender requirements in the post-completion stage
* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Proficiency with conveyancing case management software and general IT tools (e.g., MS Office)
