Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Post Completions Clerk to join our Residential Property team.

Core Duties:
  • Collaborating with the Residential Property team to ensure smooth administration of post-completion procedures.
  • Key responsibilities include:

• Preparation and submission of Land Registry applications
• Management of Stamp Duty Land Tax Returns submissions
• Service of notices related to assignments
• Handling mortgages of leasehold property
• Timely response to HMLR Requisitions and coordination with the team
• Renewal of Priority Searches as necessary
• Preparation of Epitome of Title for First Registration

  • Ensuring compliance with mortgage lender post-completion requirements.
  • Notification of registration completion to clients and/or lenders, along with relevant documentation.
  • Closure of files.
  • Execution of administrative duties, including typing, word processing, and photocopying.
  • Telephone communication as required.
  • Filing, storage, and retrieval of client papers and files in accordance with firm policies.
Essential Requirements:
  • Prior experience and comprehension of the role's responsibilities.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation Package: An estimated salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, based on experience.
