Job Overview:

Ideal Personnel & Recruitment Solutions Limited seeks a skilled Post Completions Clerk for its Residential Property team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supporting the Residential Property team in administering post completion procedures, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  2. Managing land registry applications, Stamp Duty Land Tax returns, service of notices, and mortgages of leasehold properties.
  3. Collating documents and preparing Epitomes of Title for First Registration.
  4. Providing administrative support to fee earners and maintaining effective communication with clients and lenders.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in post completion processes is crucial
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
  • Familiarity with SOS case management and Visual Files is beneficial
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
Salary:

We estimate the salary for this role to be approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
