Job Overview
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our conveyancing team in Northampton as a Post Completion Assistant. This role is crucial in ensuring all post-completion tasks are handled efficiently and accurately.Key Responsibilities:
- Submit registrations to the Land Registry, meeting all necessary requirements.
- Communicate effectively with mortgage lenders to address post-completion requisitions.
- Manage case files, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Handle client and third-party correspondence related to post-completion conveyancing.
- Address Land Registry queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare and send final documents to clients and lenders.
- Collaborate with the conveyancing team for seamless case progression.
Essential Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a post-completion role within conveyancing.
- Familiarity with Land Registry requirements and common lender requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and task management abilities.
- Proficiency in conveyancing case management software and general IT tools.
