Job Description

Pertemps Northampton requires a dedicated Compliance Coordinator to ensure seamless compliance with regulatory requirements in their conveyancing department. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of Land Registry procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all conveyancing activities are conducted in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Case File Review: Conduct regular reviews of case files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyse reports on compliance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with the conveyancing team to provide guidance on compliance matters.

Requirements:

  • A competitive salary of £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a compliance role within conveyancing or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Land Registry regulations and industry best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
