Pertemps Northampton is seeking a Registration and Compliance Officer to support our growing conveyancing department. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring all post-completion tasks are handled promptly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register properties with the Land Registry, adhering to strict deadlines and regulations.
  • Liaise with mortgage lenders to address post-completion requisitions and requirements promptly.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of case files and transactions.
  • Prepare and distribute final documents to clients and lenders, confirming completion of registrations.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a post-completion role within conveyancing is essential.
  • Solid understanding of Land Registry requirements and familiarity with common lender requirements.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in conveyancing case management software and general IT tools.

The estimated salary for this position is around £22,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience.
