About the Role

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for providing administrative support to our compliance team. As a Compliance Administrator, you will be working closely with our staff to ensure that all regulatory requirements are met and that our clients receive the best possible service.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 6 months previous office experience, good attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and be reliable. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and have good problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks and conflict searches on new clients and matters.
  • Assist clients with the completion of AML checks while ensuring confidentiality at all times.
  • Undertake file opening processes for new clients and matters.
  • Review existing client documentation to ensure compliance with our policies and identify any additional checks required.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to AML and conflict searches.
  • Provide support to the wider compliance team as required.

The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of AML and/or conflict compliance, although additional training will be provided as part of the role. They will also have good organizational and time management skills, good written and oral communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
