* Contribute to the management of the school/service and the delivery of quality education
* Involve pupils, staff, parents, multi-disciplinary agencies, and the community in the educational process
* Demonstrate current and relevant legislation and improvement frameworks linked to Education
* Complete Aberdeen City Council mandatory training courses and role-specific training
