Job Summary:The successful candidate will provide 1:1 support to help pupils access the curriculum effectively, offer emotional and behavioural support during lessons, break, and lunch times, and tailor learning strategies to individual needs, promoting positive engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide 1:1 support to pupils with SEMH needs
- Offer emotional and behavioural support during lessons, break, and lunch times
- Tailor learning strategies to individual needs, promoting positive engagement
- Work closely with teaching staff to ensure a consistent and supportive learning environment
- Experience in working with children with SEMH or similar needs
- Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a genuine desire to help pupils succeed
- Ability to manage challenging behaviour and build positive relationships with students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
