Job Description

As a Carrier Accounting Relationship Manager at WTW, you will play a crucial role in delivering the company's financial targets for designated Business Units. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain excellent relationships with Accounting Teams, Business Units, and relevant stakeholders to maximize cash flow and meet carrier settlement terms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve issues on key strategic carriers in a timely and effective manner, ensuring regular communication with them.
  • Provide strong visibility within Business Units to facilitate the resolution of queries.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with Business Units, where possible on a face-to-face basis, to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Manage metrics to ensure all actions are taken to achieve financial targets.
  • Manage B&DD positions, taking a hands-on approach as necessary to reduce the bad debt position.
  • Provide guidance on the recovery of funded positions.
  • Guide and support Mumbai on escalated issues, ensuring any training gaps are referred to the Team Leader for appropriate training.
  • Provide mentoring and knowledge sharing to ensure all necessary colleagues are upskilled.
  • Handle escalations, prioritizing urgent activity.
  • Produce executive summaries for stakeholders.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also have a strong understanding of financial targets and metrics, as well as experience in managing relationships with stakeholders.
