The Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining ongoing relationships with carriers, Business Units, and A&S Teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Providing strong visibility within Business Units to facilitate the resolution of queries and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Facilitating regular meetings with Business Units to achieve successful outcomes and drive business growth.
  • Managing metrics to ensure all actions are taken to achieve financial targets.
  • Managing Business and Debt Development (B&DD) positions, taking a hands-on approach as necessary to reduce bad debt positions.
  • Providing guidance on the recovery of funded positions and ensuring that all necessary colleagues are upskilled.
  • Guiding and supporting Mumbai on escalated issues, ensuring that any training gaps are referred to the Team Leader for appropriate training.
  • Providing mentoring and knowledge sharing to ensure that all necessary colleagues are upskilled and equipped to handle complex issues.
  • Handling escalations and prioritizing urgent activity to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You will also need to be highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
