Carrier Accounting Relationship Manager

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, business units, and accounting teams to deliver financial targets
* Provide oversight to key strategic carriers to ensure timely cash flow and minimize exposure
* Facilitate regular meetings with business units to achieve successful outcomes
* Manage metrics to ensure action is taken to achieve financial targets

**Additional Responsibilities:**

* Manage bad debt positions and provide guidance on recovery of funded positions
* Guide and support Mumbai team on escalated issues and provide training as needed
* Provide mentoring and knowledge sharing to ensure colleagues are upskilled

**Requirements:**

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and prioritize urgent activity
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
