Sales Ledger Administrator

About the Job
We are looking for an experienced Sales Ledger Administrator to join our team at AD Finance. As an interim Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Sales Ledger, including maintaining accurate records and developing strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Main Duties:
- Managing the Sales Ledger, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.
- Preparing and sending regular reports to stakeholders, including monthly Accounts Receivable reports.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and they receive excellent customer service.
- Collaborating with internal sales teams to ensure invoices are issued correctly and efficiently.
- Verifying bank statements daily to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Posting cash receipts to customer accounts in a timely and efficient manner.
