Accounts and Financial Administrator

Job Description:
The Pertemps Network Group is seeking a skilled Accounts Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis. This role requires three days of work per week in the office, handling cash book management, employee expense management, and purchase ledger administration.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of all group bank accounts.
- Allocate funds in the ERP system and contribute to group cash reporting.
- Perform bank reconciliations and review ledgers to resolve queries and follow up on approvals.
- Process supplier payments accurately and within terms.
- Investigate debit balances and review statement reconciliations.
- Process employee expenses promptly and reconcile expense accounts.
- Generate purchase orders upon request.
About You:
To succeed as an Accounts Assistant, you will require elementary or intermediate accounting qualifications or equivalent experience. Proficiency in computer use, strong organisational skills, effective communication abilities, familiarity with company procedures, and experience using company software packages are also essential.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (estimated)
