Are you an experienced accounting professional looking for a temporary opportunity in Staffordshire? AD Finance is seeking an Interim Accounts Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis.

Job Description
  • Cash book management and maintenance for all group bank accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial data.
  • Purchasing ledger reviewing, querying, chasing approvals, and requesting invoices for direct debit payments.
  • Processing and managing employee expenses in accordance with company policies.

In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of the purchase ledger, cash book management, and employee expenses. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial data.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational skills, working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Clear communication skills for dealing with suppliers and internal managers.
