Role Description:

We are seeking a skilled Purchase/Sales Ledger Clerk to join our team in Stafford. As part of this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, handling income information, and contributing to various projects as necessary.

The key aspects of this job include:
  • Effectively processing supplier invoices to ensure accurate payment and VAT/Discount calculation.
  • Collaborating with suppliers to address any questions or concerns regarding credit limits.
  • Updating the Sage 50 accounts system with new sales data on a weekly basis.
  • Providing support with banking and miscellaneous tasks as required.

Remuneration: The annual salary for this position is approximately £25,000.
