**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to fill this role. As a Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors, ensuring compliance with lettings regulations, and conducting Right to Rent checks.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Lead and manage a successful team of Lettings Consultants.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with lettings regulations and conduct Right to Rent checks.
