About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Development Project Lead to join our team at Banks Group. As a key member, you will be responsible for leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget while ensuring high-quality standards are met.">
"The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, specifically in the development industry. A recognised property-related qualification (MRICS or MRTPI preferred) is highly desirable.
"A competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered. Benefits include 33 days annual leave, an annual bonus scheme, and access to a pension scheme with employer contributions.
"As a Development Project Lead at Banks Group, you will be responsible for developing strategies for the delivery of complex projects while balancing commercial risk and likelihood of planning success. Key responsibilities include managing projects from conception to completion, co-ordinating and preparing commercial assessments and appraisals, and negotiating planning conditions and section 106 agreements. Additionally, you will be responsible for maximising commercial opportunities within schemes, successfully negotiating planning or technical issues during the design and development phases, and undertaking risk assessments on sites.">
"To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent project planning, organisational, and management skills. First-class communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Experience of working in a development role and knowledge of the planning system are highly beneficial.
