Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at J&C Associates Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
About the Role:- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth and expand our customer base
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both within existing client bases and through targeted prospecting efforts
- Bid on and close new sales opportunities, ensuring high-quality delivery and exceptional customer service
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients, providing tailored solutions and support to meet their evolving needs
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end sales cycle management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues at all levels
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting changing priorities and deadlines
- A competitive salary of £81,800 per annum, plus benefits package including paid holidays and pension scheme
