About the Company:

Lilienblum is a modern Mediterranean family-style sharing restaurant located in Shoreditch. Our restaurant is open Tuesday - Saturday for dinner only, and we are available for private hire on Sundays and Mondays.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef Coordinator to join our culinary team. As an Executive Chef Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing daily kitchen activities, overseeing the brigade, aiding with menu preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness, and monitoring ordering and stock control.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations and activities within the kitchen to deliver exceptional food for our guests in line with brand guidelines
  • Preparing weekly schedules for the culinary team in line with labour budgets and revenue forecasts
  • Reviewing sales and food costs and GP's and reconciling any discrepancies with our accounting system
  • Participating and inputting towards food and beverage activities to help build and deliver innovative activations and local relationships with our neighbours where appropriate to drive sales
  • Making continual improvements to the running of the kitchen to ensure it is constantly developing and achieving the set annual objectives
  • Maintaining all department control procedures in the kitchen to ensure the safe delivery of all food and beverage related products in line with UK food safety and health and safety legislation

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including staff discount on food and drink, daily staff food from the menu, flexible shift patterns, and epic team parties twice a year.
