Salary: £17 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to FridayWe are seeking a skilled and passionate Sous Chef to join our team in a prestigious central London location. Key Responsibilities:Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations

Ensure smooth service during busy periods

Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety

Contribute to menu planning and stock management

Lead and inspire junior kitchen staff
