About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Hygiene Manager to join our team at Westmill. As a Hygiene Manager, you will be responsible for the ongoing development of our hygiene team, hygiene management system, and day-to-day management of hygiene activities across the site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Technical Team to deliver in a fast-paced flagship site
  • Provide subject matter expertise on hygiene and GMP standards
  • Train, coach, and assess site employees
  • Manage hygiene contractors, pest control activities, and food safety audits

Requirements

  • Proven experience within a similar position and at management level
  • Excellent IT skills and communication skills
  • Ability to manage the expectations of key stakeholders
