About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Hygiene Manager to join our team at Westmill. As a key member of our Technical Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and food safety across our flagship site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective hygiene management systems and procedures
  • Train and coach site employees on hygiene practices and protocols
  • Manage hygiene contractors and pest control activities
  • Conduct regular food safety audits and ensure compliance with microbiological standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably at management level
  • Excellent IT skills and communication skills, both oral and written
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to manage stakeholder expectations
