Role Summary:
Thrive Trafford is seeking a skilled and empathetic individual to fill the position of Helpline Volunteer. This exciting role offers a unique chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with autism and contribute to our mission of empowerment and growth.

In this capacity, you will be responsible for providing tailored support services to individuals with autism, including emotional guidance and practical assistance. To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills, a patient demeanor, and a deep commitment to delivering exceptional support. The estimated hourly rate for this position is £15. Your role will also involve collaborating with our centre manager to develop and refine our support strategies and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
