Project Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled Project Operations Coordinator to join our team at Integral in Bristol. As a key member of the Project Management Office, you will be responsible for managing and controlling project documents to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain document control systems to ensure smooth and efficient handling of all documentation.
- Develop and implement document control procedures to ensure documents comply with internal and external standards/policies.
- Manage and update project operations and financial tracking spreadsheets and databases.
- Collaborate with project teams, departments, and external parties to meet document control requirements.
- Provide training and support to staff on document control processes and systems.
