Job Description

We are seeking an Operations and Projects Coordinator to join our team at Informa Group Plc. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale events in 14 specialist markets.

Main Responsibilities

* Manage production and implementation of show project plans, ensuring all operational tasks are carried out on a timely basis according to individual project plans and within deadlines across all events.

* Implement internal and external Service Level Agreements on all allocated events.

* Oversee production and delivery of the show exhibitor manual.

* Compile post-event reports and KPI analysis.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a good working knowledge of the exhibition industry and venues, as well as a strong existing network of high-quality suppliers. You will also need to be computer literate and proficient in the use of commonly used business software. Effective verbal and written English communication skills are essential.

The estimated salary for this role is around £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include 25 days annual leave, rising to 27 days after two years, plus a birthday leave day and flexible working options.
