Job Opportunity at Alfanar Projects

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Scheduler Manager to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project schedules, monitoring and controlling project timelines, and expediting with various teams for project deliverables.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in project planning, a degree in engineering or a relevant field, and strong experience with Primavera and MS Projects. You will also have excellent attention to detail, analytical and communication skills, and be a self-starter who looks for opportunities to add value.

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a collaborative and tight-knit working environment, a hybrid work week (Central London office), and a competitive package.

About the Role:

  1. Developing project master schedules in coordination with different disciplines/departments
  2. Creating baseline, resource allocation and S-Curve generation for projects
  3. Monitoring subcontractor schedules and integrating with Alfanar timeline
  4. Periodical resource estimations for projects and report generation for Plan Vs Actual available resources
  5. Preparing recovery/crash plans
  6. Studying targets versus actual performance rates
  7. Monitoring progress on site against approved time schedule
  8. Coordinating weekly/biweekly plan vs actual progress review meetings
  9. Submitting weekly and monthly progress reports
  10. Reviewing weekly and monthly reports from subcontractors and integrating same with master plan and preparing overall analysis
